Why was I billed?

Your credit card was used to get access to VR video content. Your billing statement may not represent the site name you purchased on.

How do I cancel my account?

Please log into the VR video website and then visit the billing page which is found under the menu at the top right on desktop or top left on mobile. Once you're on the billing page click on the "Change Plan". Then click on "Cancel Subscription" near the bottom. After that, there will be no further charges.

I was billed without my consent. What can I do?

Contact us, we will investigate the account information and look into the location where the credit card charge was done. If we find evidence of fraud we will resolve the issue.
