Why was I billed?

Your credit card was used to get access to VR video content. Your billing statement may not represent the site name you purchased on. If you are not sure which website it was send us a message.

How do I cancel my account?

Please log into the VR video website, then visit the billing page, and push the cancel button. After that, there will be no further charges.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your subscription we'll refund your premium subscription within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that a premium subscription cannot be refunded if it was purchased or renewed more than 30 days ago. 

I was billed without my consent. What can I do?

Contact us, we will investigate the account information and look into the location where the credit card charge was done. If we find evidence of fraud we will resolve the issue.
